Cole I am thirsty for this - why you wait 2 days to report Julie for sending you her etsy? But I also was living for it so don't take this question as negative coz I'm genuinely fascinated ♡
i'm behind on time, i'm on pst. so it was the same day i reported it. julie can say whatever she wants, she's evidently a liar, so i know my truth <3Trashley Markwood wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 12:06:37 amOmg the drama. JULIE can you make me yoga tights with Trashley posted all over them?
Honestly Cole, I have nothing against you. I was kind of rooting for you to win because you’re the only one left who plays the game well, besides Christina. It’s just really fun to fight with you. And you’re not so different from me.Cole wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 2:30:39 ami'm behind on time, i'm on pst. so it was the same day i reported it. julie can say whatever she wants, she's evidently a liar, so i know my truth <3Trashley Markwood wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 12:06:37 amOmg the drama. Cole wrote: ↑Sun Apr 08, 2018 11:19:13 pma few reasons. i wanted to see how much leverage i had. i wanted to see if i could get my alliance to go with what i wanted. when it didn't work out my way, because of chrissy, i made it my mission to eliminate her. call me petty, idk.Jeff Probst wrote: ↑Sun Apr 08, 2018 11:08:56 pmI have a question now that i dont think this will affect anything. Cole, what was with the intense hate boner for Julie after that first swap when yall hadnt spoken before. You tried for HOURS to get everyone to vote her out, but why tho?
i saw julie as a number for a potential majority natayaya alliance. i felt that if we got rid of julie, we could use michael as an easy dispoable vote later, and we would be eliminating a number for jonas. if patrick and ryan weren't so far up chrissy's ass, we would have gotten julie out too, because michael voted julie without me saying a word to him. i felt that julie was a social super star and it was the best for our game to get her out, especially since we had majority. it was so frustrating that no one could see my point of view. when i tried to explain this to chrissy, she just buldozed over me and was like nah im not voting for her fuck ur opinion cole. that fuckin pissed me off. she didn't even have the sense to put thought into how it would be beneficial for our game, as an alliance- but it shows that she was never part of that alliance. she showed her true colors that she was a snake. julie, you ruined chrissy's game entirely by calling me out and saying that you knew that i was gunning for you. you're a shitty alliance member. chrissy idk why you didn't drop her right there. she fucked yo game up, hard.
lastly, julie is annoying as fuck. i was sick of seeing her stupid comments and her cocky attitude all the time. i wanted the satisfaction of being soley responsible for snuffing her torch. it would have made me : ) inside.
also, i'm pretty sure i have the best fucking confessionals this game has ever seen. you guys are going to hate me so much when you read them :')
Straight up, I almost accidentally added extra people to a group chat once or twice.

The Etsy would have revealed her identity, but that was already known. So that rule was officially out the window and the only rule in place for immediate ban.
From there, the only rule in question is using outside chat tools to communicate. Jeff could confirm if that was done or not. So if that wasn't done, then no rules were broken.
It's fine to be really upset about the whole thing and try to use it to your advantage, but no one can honestly read over the rules and the exception noted from the beginning of the game and think that an immediate ban rule was broken.
I mean shit, she was happy to share her art with people, even with YOU. That could have been a moment to throw aside the petty squabble between you two and you could have moved forward all the better for it. But you didn't.
It's cool to be mad about the whole thing, but trying to call out Jeff or Julie for it just implies you haven't read over the rules well enough.
If Jeff wanted to show preferential treatment for Julie then she would be wayyyyy better off in the game and wouldn't be here in jury right now. He's been running this for a long time and I don't think he had any mind to go and ruin the integrity of the game to help his wife do better.
Way I see it, all your other gripes and spats with Julie are whatever. But this one, this one isn't legitimate.
So here's rule #1:-- Julie's identity was already known. This is all relevant to making sure everyone stays anonymous during the game as that is the intent. A special exception made to reveal it to prevent any post-game calling out that she got treatment or something."Revealing ANY personal information (ie: real life identity, screen names, forum nicknames, AIM names, or any other contact information or identity information) is STRICTLY prohibited and will result in an IMMEDIATE ban, NO QUESTIONS ASKED."
Only other relevant rule:If this had been done, you would have been banned, too."Contacting a member of the game outside of the tribal forums and asking: A. if they are in the game, B. anything about the game, and/or C. who they are playing as, will result in the banning of both people involved."
Sooooo. I'm hopped up on caffeine and gotta make sure all of the investigations are complete.
If you still think that rule was broken somehow (remembering the exception made for Julie), then I'd love an equal break-down response.
In the mean time, I love this jury. I think I'm too nice for it, but I love it.

Look Jonas, it's not really worth going down the rabbit hole because it's a moot point. We're both out, your head is so far up Julie's vagina cavity that you are only going to see things through your biased opinion. When I saw her etsy, it had her full name on the profile, and there's a way to contact her via the messaging service. Sure, her identity is revealed that she is Jeff's wife, but do you know what her real name is, what she looks like, and can you contact her outside of the game? Because I sure don't know what either Jeff or Julie's true identity is. It says NO QUESTIONS ASKED, but evidently, they bypassed that rule because of her relationship with Jeff. "any other contact information or identity information".... Her ETSY ACCOUNT IS IDENTITY INFORMATION. HER ETSY ACCOUNT IS CONTACT INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF THE GAME. IT SAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED. IT IS IN THE FUCKING RULES. It's annoying as fuck that you're trying to gaslight me to make me sound like I'm fucking crazy. Of course the mods and Jeff are going to side with her and your ass is going to side with her because you have been her little butt buddy since day one.Jonas wrote: ↑Mon Apr 09, 2018 11:07:47 amI had gone back and re-read over the rules and everything, and no, no rules were broken.Cole wrote: ↑Sun Apr 08, 2018 11:46:30 pmat least i didn't need special treatment to do well in the game. which you evidently received. you broke the rules and thought that you were above it. everyone i talked to about the situation agreed with me that it was bullshit. you're just privileged because you're the hosts wife. i bet you cried your little eyes out when you realized you fucked up. i'm just glad i didn't have to stoop to your level of shitty gamesmanship. i guarantee you if that shit went down by anyone else, it wouldn't fly. so consider yourself lucky that you even made it to the merge, because you didn't deserve to be there. plain and simple. no respect for you, or your game julie. you're trash.![]()

Now your point about her sharing her art, EVEN WITH ME. We had absolutely no feud when she shared with me her art. We had recently joined tribes together, we were getting to know each other- that was one of the very first things she said to me, when I had asked what she did for a living. So no, it wouldn't have been a "a moment to throw aside the petty squabble between you two and you could have moved forward all the better for it." You don't know what the fuck you're talking about, Jonas. Stick with the IT work, because you're obviously shitty at investigating things. Your opinion isn't legitimate because you're biased AF. I thoroughly explained to you what was going on when it was happening, and you didn't come up with your BS investigation before. So sorry, I'm not going to take your ass seriously.
