So, for me at least. The alliance I made at the swap was out of necessity. Julie was a huge force at that time and I needed to swing you and Leif to my side in case we lost immunity challenges. Even Michael I played lol just in case he would become useful to me. I knew all along that you were gonna be a HUGE threat at the merge and that nobody was going to want to vote you. I'm honestly still shocked the vote worked because it took so much convincing...I'm talking DAYS. The only person I would say I was 100% loyal to was Ryan, but towards the end of my game I started to not trust him.
I said a lot of lies out there and didn't really treat people like people, but I told myself all along that playing like a hero and being everyone's friend wasn't gonna win me the game
Oh yeah. It was a good call at the swap for sure. I just wanted to get a solid alliance together. Something good to roll with for at least a little bit. You two seemed like good folk for that, but ya done went and played me! (I'll be using a lot of exclamation points from here, I'm just very excited about all of this)
That was my fall. Trusting that alliance at all, hah. Fun, though, for sure.
At least it took days, hah. And I was off caught up doing wedding stuff. Good timing ;).
So now we have two opposing play attempts (ish) that didn't work out, hah. Neither being friends with everyone (I really love talking to people) nor trying to play around them all.
It's a fascinating game for sure!
Who do you think didn't vote alongside you for the vote against me?
And now that you're here, I was trying to hide how close Julie and I were. Was that successful at all pre-voting me out or did people know that Julie and I were very close allies?
